A Booking in our salon implies your acceptance of these terms ,whether it is by walking-in , telephone or through our website :

• for all booking we require a deposit charge 

• cancelation policy : Our salon requires a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to cancel or change an appointment. After this time, charge is at least 50% of the service fee. 

• Late arrival policy: Our salon  allow for a 15 minute “grace period” for late arrivals. If someone shows up after 15 minutes, the appointment is usually treated as a no-show.

• No-show policy: No shows are usually charged full amount  of deposit or  appointment fee.

• Booking fee: Our salon charge a booking fee (anywhere from 25-50% of the service fee) before the  booking. This helps ensure that nobody forgets about their appointment or cancels it unless absolutely necessary. After the appointment, you can simply deduct it from the service fee.
